We are very happy with our experience with F&M Our project was an outdoor project. Our objectives were to replace the old railroad ties that were used as retaining walls with good quality stonework, improve the drainage to channel rainwater away from the foundation and to upgrade our paved terrace. F&M provided a fair cost and time estimate and then put together a good team to make it happen. The new stone retaining walls looked so good that we expanded the scope to include replacing our wood deck with quality pavers to match the new pavers on the terrace. F&M listened to what we were asking for, understood our priorities and made some good suggestions that made sense and that we mostly we agreed to. The project was completed according to the agreed costs and mostly on time. It has been a year and their work stood up to last Decembers rains. Only negative is that the work schedule was a little unpredictable so we could not plan around stages of the projects well.

The owner of F&M construction has a civil engineering background and all the employees are highly qualified with a high level of skills and many years of experience on the construction business.

F&M construction and Remodeling LLC. Is a family tradition. The owner 's grandfather start with the construction business and it has been passed from generation to generation till the present day.
