- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are designed for women who want a highly personalized, hands off wardrobe transformation. Pricing reflects the expertise, attention and time dedicated to curating each clients wardrobe. Each clients needs are unique, so I price by package. Packages typically start at $850 and can range to $3,050 for a full wardrobe transformation and styling. I will need to meet with you virtually first to provide an exact price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Discover Your Style Needs We’ll begin with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to learn about you, your personal style goals, and which of Élan’s services will best suit your needs. Step 2: Receive Your Personalized Style Plan Based on our conversation, you’ll receive a tailored style plan outlining the services you’ve selected, an estimated timeline for our sessions, and a cost estimate. Once you’re ready to proceed, you can secure your spot by paying the deposit, and I’ll reach out to schedule each service at your convenience. Step 3: Getting to Know You Better This step includes a 1.5 to 2-hour in-person meeting or Zoom call, allowing me to dive deeper into your style goals, personality, and lifestyle. During this session, I’ll complete a body shape assessment, style personality assessment, and discuss how your wardrobe can reflect your unique identity, and review any potential needs for undergarment fittings or tailoring adjustments. Step 4: The Big Day – Your Style Transformation Here’s where the magic happens: Closet Edits are conducted in your home in 4-hour intervals per session. Depending on the size of your wardrobe, multiple sessions may be needed. Personal Shops are completed in 4-hour sessions. In-Store Shopping & Try-On: We’ll meet at predetermined stores to shop together. I’ll guide you through curated pieces, and we’ll try items on in real time to assess fit and style. Solo Shop & At-Home Try-On: Prefer a hands-off approach? I’ll shop on your behalf and bring everything to you for a seamless at-home try-on session, with outfits pre-selected and styled to your needs. Special Occasion Shops follow a similar structure to Personal Shops but are shorter. Duration is about 2 hours and good for vacations, special events, and job interviews. Your Style Plan will detail the estimated number of days needed to complete your services. Step 5: Follow-Up Support Within 48 hours after your service, you’ll receive a comprehensive follow-up PDF tailored just for you. It includes: Personalized tips for dressing your body type and style personality. Photos, references, and curated links for online shopping. A list of recommended brands and 10 starter links for further inspiration. Contact information for a trusted tailor and undergarment fitting specialists in your area, if applicable. This comprehensive guide is designed to keep all the details in one place, ensuring you can refer to it whenever you need and maintain the momentum we’ve created.
