Shimon as the one who came by, and he was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained the issue clearly, handled the repair efficiently, and left everything clean and safe. The fireplace is working perfectly now. Highly recommend.

They did an excellent job cleaning my parents' chimney. He was through and friendly and we will absolutely contact him again next year when we clean the chimney.

The chimney sweep team truly raised the bar with their professional service.
