He repaired a large hole in a ceiling's sheetrock. He did a great job, and based on this, will use him in the future. Not much more to say as he stated the project cost up front based on the pictures I sent, which seemed very reasonable so I engaged him, he did the work, I was pleased and he was paid. Pretty much a no hassle project from start to finish.

Carlos and his team did a paint job on my townhouse rental property and they did an amazing job! Originally it was supposed to be a simple paint job, but after walking through the unit after the tenant moved out, there was noticable damage and he and his team handled it with no problems. It did add a little bit more time to the project, but they were so accommodating and flexible. Carlos was professional, personable, and responsive throughout the project. I'll definitely call him again for any future projects.
