Over years and years, we've had such great experience working with the folks from Expert X Pro! Their responsiveness is excellent, scheduling is a breeze, they're professional, and estimates are honored. Best of all, no matter the project, the workmanship is always top-quality. Whether it's installing security cameras through our attic, eliminating dry rot to repair our eaves to look good as new, smoothing and painting our porch facade concrete, staining our fence, or simply installing handrails, towel racks, and ceiling hooks, we've been so happy with the results with Expert X Pro. Not only that, but Marcos has been a pleasure to have on our property every time he's come to complete a job here. (And our dog is smitten with him!) Marcos and Alfredo showed up on time and we're ready to work with in swing up a 16 foot awning. The awning was a little challenging to get set up just right but they were able to get it working how I liked. Communication was great through out the process.

Marcos did it again! It was time to re-lease my condo. The market has slowed down and I knew I had to do something to brighten-up my condo so that it would stand out.In less than one week, Marcos and his partner removed popcorn ceilings from an 1140 square-foot home, painted ceilings white, the walls light grey and the doors and all the previously stained trim white. In addition he replaced faucets and fixtures. It looks stunning!! in fact, the first family who looked at the condo after the job was done leased from me!Marcos is talented, hard-working, dedicated, trustworthy, and very accommodating and helpful. In addition, he does a magnificent job of cleaning up when hes done. (Removing popcorn ceilings is a messy job)!!!I highly recommend Marcos and consider him my go to handyman for two properties!Thank you, Marcos and Natalie!!!More to come in 2024, Im sure!!
