- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Based on the project requirement, there are two options available. Option#1. Hourly Rate for the following... - Furniture selection, Selecting materials for the bathroom, kitchen and other areas. - A walk thru consultation for designing tips throughout the house - The Space layout designs like floor plans for a kitchen or a bathroom. Option# 2 - A flat fee for the whole project. It will be some percentage of the budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will meet a client at the job site and learn about their requirements. I measure the space and go to the drawing board and give them two best design options. Once an option is selected, I will put more details of that plan. Once the plan is finalized with all the dimensions and the specifications, we can meet a contractor and get a proper bid. I will also help my client to pick the right materials for the job and supervise the work til the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4yr Degree in Interior Design and have been working on my own with a strong and reliable group of contractors.
