I have used Fredy and his crew on three projects; two were for a new roof, gutters and insulation, and the other was for a roof repair. Fredy is very responsive, communicative and does great work. Upon inspecting his work, I have noticed that he uses the best materials to ensure a long lasting roof. No project is too far or too difficult for him. Two of my projects were local and the other was hours away. The picture is of the most recent project completed by Fredy. Other roofers told us they were not able to complete our most recent project because the pitch of the roof is too steep (see picture), but Fredy started the job in days. I highly recommend giving Fredy the opportunity to win your business, you might be pleasantly surprised what a great roofer can do.

Anybody considering a roof replacement or painting project should consider Freddy and his crew. They replaced our 30 yr old cedar shake roofs with new sheeting and comp shingles on our home and 2 other buildings. They were prompt, considerate, and effecient. We were so impressed with that job, we contracted them to paint all three buildings place new gutters and build a carport addition to our shop.They showed up on time when promised and throughly cleaned up at the end of every day. There attention to detail and instruction was 5 star work.Give Freddy a call. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating to your schedule and requests.

After a tree fell and caused significant damage to our garage and house, Fredy and his team removed the tree, cleaned up everything very quickly, and temporarily installed tarps, etc. to protect our house.After sorting things out with our insurance company, we hired them to do the repairs. They performed excellent work both externally and internally. Good communication and very thorough cleanup of site as they progressed.Subsequently hired them for some additional smaller projects.Highly recommended!

/11/2024Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle RoofFredy and team did a fantastic job on new asphalt roof & Gutters install + installing a new railing on an aging deck to meet code for the Insurance requirements. We were under a time constraint and Fredy & crew got the job done in 3 days. It looks like a new house. They did what they said they would do, arrived when they said they would and completed the job quickly. They cleaned up after as if they were never there. As an unexpected touch, Fredy sent me drone shots of the work in progress and the finished job. Fredy communicated every step of the process and was proactive on letting me know scheduling and timelines. We are super happy with the professionalism and results. I cannot recommend Waterproof Roofing enough. You could just tell from the very beginning of the bid process that Fredy was an honest hard-working guy who wanted to do a great job for his customer. I really appreciated his effort and would hire him again when I need another project done. They really do have roofing down to a science. They have their own trailer for waste, bring in their own porta potty and manufacture and install the gutters themselves and don't sub anything out. Hard working crew and very professional.
