- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always quote a flat price, not an hourly rate, so that owners always know exactly what they are responsible for before we start. There are just too many possibilities for hard feelings otherwise.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We typically do tree removals, oft times multiple trees. Our chipper is the largest mobile chipper in the state, capable of chipping an 18 inch diameter tree. This translates to enormous efficiency. Instead of wrestling with each singular branch, we can winch in entire moderately sized trees or big tree tops into the chipper intact, making for quick work and reasonable prices.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
