What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and the level of quality we deliver. We are not the cheapest option, because we focus on doing the job correctly and creating long-term results. We do offer better pricing for larger projects and for clients who commit to ongoing services, since maintaining a property consistently reduces the overall cost over time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I schedule an on-site visit to understand the property and the client’s goals. Then I provide a clear estimate with options and explain the process in detail. Once approved, we schedule the work and keep the client updated throughout the project. After completion, we follow up to make sure everything meets expectations and discuss maintenance if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background comes from hands-on experience and continuous learning in the field, working on everything from maintenance to full landscape transformations, irrigation, and drainage systems. At the same time, we operate as a team. For more specialized or technical work, we bring in experienced professionals who focus on their specific areas. This allows us to handle a wide range of projects—from basic yard care and weed control to complex construction and large-scale landscaping—while maintaining a high standard of quality across every part of the job.
