I love having people walk in for their first session feeling frustrated, stuck and hopeless and by the end of the session they are feeling hopeful and determined because they have taken the first step to transform their life. Each session, even starting with the very first session, they walk out with tools and strategies they can use right away. So they go from stress, anxiety and indecision to having direction, purpose and focus. And most importantly they know i have their back! I was in a place where I felt stuck and lost in my 20s and 30s and have spent 20+ years studying personal development and all aspects of living a healthy lifestyle. I started off as a nutritionist, then became a mental toughness trainer for athletes. I put all that together with the tools Ive learned in life coaching to really help people use the power of their minds to get what they have always wanted in their life. Just like I did!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly taking further higher education classes in life coaching, personal development and hypnotherapy to improve my knowledge, techniques and skills.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to be just a nutritionist and found that most people knew what to eat but it was their thoughts and feelings that were holding them back. That led me to study hypnotherapy to help them get rid of core limiting beliefs. I wanted to then help them move forward so I went on to study life coaching. I love combining them all!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I help them remove any mental blocks that are holding them back. Help them move forward in all areas of their life by teaching them tools to master any negative thinking and difficult emotions and how to develop positive habits to move forward toward more fulfilling relationships, satisfying work and a healthy lifestyle.
