- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer simple pricing for our property owners. Monthly property management fees can range from 4.95% to 8.95% of monthly gross rent depending on the guarantee you would like to add. No hidden fees, No funny business. No account set up fees, no lease renewal fees, or maintenance mark up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A friendly introduction followed by a fair quote that is formalized upon doing a site visit and gaining a thorough understanding of what the customer is looking to accomplish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our principal property manager Seemant graduated from the National University of Ireland majoring in business. He also holds Washington state real estate broker licenses and has been working in the real estate arena since 2013.
