    Our standard fees are equivalent to first month's rent for tenant placement, and 10% of the incoming rent per month for management services. This fee structure can vary for owners of multiple properties, or commercial/multifamily properties.

    We represent home-owners of all types...whether they own one property or 100. Sometimes our home-owners become landlords as an investment...sometimes it is because they have been re-located for their job and haven't sold their home yet. We service home-owners clients who live all around the world.

    Always hire vendors who are properly bonded and insured.
