Introduction: I’m all about getting started. You can’t reach your goals if you don’t start toward them and you won’t start toward them if fear stands in your way. If goal setting has been a challenge for you, we’ll talk about the reasons why and then I’ll help you to start with a small goal and learn the process of success by first achieving that, thinking about what it took to do that and then building on it by setting bigger goals. I do believe success is a process and what we achieve is a result of the choices we make along the way. I've been a corporate and individual performance coach for over 15 years working with Fortune 500 companies, professional sports teams and individual leaders. I have a proven track record of getting results. I’m not the kind of coach who tells you there’s something wrong with you and that you have to be a different kind of person to achieve what you want. I believe that every person has the potential for greatness and that includes you. You just have to know how to identify your natural strengths and the tendencies that keep you from accessing those strengths fully. That’s what I will help you learn. If you want to stretch yourself, make a plan, optimize your abilities or just get out of your own way I will get you where you want to be. Bottom line, my job is about leading people to recognize that they are capable of more than they ever thought they were. It’s always a thrilling moment for me when I get to see that light go on in someone’s eyes – that recognition that they really can control the outcomes of their life, that they really can conquer chaos, overcome fear, push past the limitations that have stopped them before. My true passion is helping people tap into what has meaning for them in their work and lives. I transitioned out of corporate life and created my own process to aid people at looking within and rediscovering what they truly connect with, and what they were meant to do in their lives. Through our conversations and exercise I help people get unstuck, reach their goals and regain their voice.
