- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are set according to my experience, gear, package offerings and anticipated travel cost for local weddings. Twice a year I offer booking specials- October-November and March-April Custom packages can be created for wedding that do not fall during traditional "wedding season" November-March
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Weddings are a big deal and as your photographer, we will be spending a lot of time together. It is important that we meet, video chat or at the very least, chat on the phone to see if I am a good fit for you. I am happy to travel to you as a couple in order meet in person and it is also a huge reason as to why I offer complimentary mini engagement sessions with my Bronze and Silver wedding packages and an adventure engagement session with my Gold package. This gives us all a chance to work with each other, which helps ease any awkwardness on your wedding day! My clients are more than happy couples I capture on their wedding day, I love creating a genuine and friendly relationship with my couples to put everyone at ease. Joking, laughing and capturing real emotion is what I do and why I LOVE wedding photography.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Meet with all the photographers who's work you admire, don't just look at package prices, but also who you want to walk alongside with on the biggest day of your life. Book who you connect best with, who you can see making you laugh and feel most comfortable around. As a professional, in my opinion, when you are comfortable and happy- it allows me as your photographer more creativity to create stunning in-the-moment images.
