Had an outlet fry, reached out to them and they were very prompt and communicative. They got a professional out to me as soon as possible and replaced the fried outlet in about ten minutes tops. Would hire them again.
The service rep arrived on time. He was pleasant and thorough. He identified the problem (a failed inducer motor), and he presented my opinions. I signed up for the Maintenance Agreement. He estimates the part can arrive in 1-2 days. Then I will be contacted for a Return Service date.
