- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For window cleaning, we (husband and I) do free estimates. The pricing is separate from house cleaning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband, Jarrett, has ran his window cleaning business for over 8 years. I realized the potential of running your own business and decided to expand. I have worked in sales and in the restaurant industry, so I understand the importance of self-motivation, customer service and diligence in what I do.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My description pretty much sums up what I do, but I am also able to do other special projects. For example, walk your dogs, outdoor projects (gardening, cleaning, etc), laundry, junk removal, and more. Just ask :)
