About
Most exterior cleaners just blast away with cheap pressure washers, risking stripped paint, blown window seals, and damaged landscaping. At Smart Exterior Care, I treat your property like an investment, using precise, property-safe techniques for a thorough clean with minimal risk.
Services include:
• House and roof washing – gentle, effective removal of mold, algae, and black streaks
• Concrete and brick cleaning – deep pressure washing for driveways, patios, and sidewalks
• Gutter cleaning – full interior clearing and exterior brightening
• Soft washing - soft, cleansing chemical rinse that removes organic buildup from siding, roofs, and fencing.
As a small, dedicated business, you get my full attention on every job. Contact me today for a free estimate and a home exterior you can be proud of.

Aydan and his partner did an amazing job on my gutters. I have vaulted ceilings, so it was no easy task. They took their time and got the job done. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!

Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance

Aidan cleaned our roof and gutters and did a great job. He answered my first message within the hour, showed up on time, and sent photos and a video of the work when he was done so I could see what got cleaned. He walked me through what he found on the roof without trying to sell me anything extra. The price was what he quoted, no surprises. He also cleaned up the ground afterward without me asking. He's licensed and insured and clearly knows what he's doing. Already have him booked for next year.

Initially I was pretty please with this company, they were professional and easy to work with. Occasionally they didn't respond or update me as expected, but apologize when that happened. However, after the bulk of the job was done and I had paid, there was one more task to complete (fix an end cap to a gutter) and I had spotted a leak in one of the downspout he had set up, he just stopped responding at all. I texted repeatedly, call and left message, but nothing. I hope nothing has happened, but it has left me in a bad spot with leaking gutters just as the rains are starting.

The owner gave me a great quote and then did the work fast and clean. I almost spent tons of money on a new paint job but he made it look brand new!

Very friendly service! Aidan pressure washed my driveway and walkway in one afternoon and the place looks awesome. His work was priced fair and he did an excellent job

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on scope: square footage, roof pitch, access, difficulty, and how much buildup there is. I don’t charge by the hour, and I don’t quote over Google Maps, I measure the property first, then give you a firm price that doesn’t move.
Free estimates. No charge to come out and look.
No travel fees, no surprise add-ons
Bundle and save. Roof cleaning plus gutter cleaning or a house wash on the same visit cost less than booking them separately, the set up is already done.
Licensed and insured. Every job
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We talk.
You tell me what you’re seeing. Moss on the roof, black streaks on the siding, overflowing gutters.
2. I come out and look.
I come to the site for a free estimate, I check the roof pitch, access, surface type, and buildup.
3. You receive an email quote.
Clear scope, one number, no vague “starting at pricing”
4. We schedule around the weather.
Kitsap weather is an optimal, so I build around it.
5. I do the work.
Landscaping gets protected, plants get pre-wet and rinsed.
6. We walk it together.
You see the finished job before I leave. If something isn’t right, I fix it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is hands-on and specific to the Pacific Northwest. I’ve cleaned 85+ properties across Kitsap in Jefferson County. Composite and metal roofs, cedar and vinyl siding, gutters, concrete, and windows. I’ve studied soft, wash, chemistry, dwell times, and surface compatibility, and I built and maintain my own software system, so I understand what’s hitting your home and why. I’m fully insured and carry a certificate of liability I’ll provide on request. Every job in this climate teaches you something new about how moss, algae, and lichen actually behave here.
