- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair and flexible. I'm always interested in making sure customers needs are met and that my bid is within their budget. I do referral discounts of 25% off. I am open to flat rates and hourly rate cleaning jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A first glance is required as soon as possible to ensure all needs are being met and my staff knows what is expected of them. I need to know my contact person to discuss the cleaning contract. At this time all questions can be answered, a price set and frequency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the years running medical offices we have had to do our own separate cleaning and organizing outside of the cleaning company that cleaned our offices to prepare for audits. I have been working with another contractor for a year-and-a-half. I have gained plenty of experience and good cleaning tips from working with her.
