I have years of DJ experience, but am young enough to be relevant and to know what will keep your guests dancing and having a good time. I am also easy to work with and want to work together with my clients to discover you and your guests music taste's in putting together the perfect mix.
I love my job because it gives me the ability to use my experience and skills to make sure my clients and guests have FUN. Every job/gig is different because every event is different. Whether it is a event, party, wedding, or school dance I enjoy DJing in different scenarios and for differing age groups. I have been offered a steady DJing job at particular venues numerous times, but I always respectfully decline because I like a change of scenery and it keeps things fresh for me.

Skip was the DJ for our wedding and was truly phenomenal. He worked with us prior to the wedding to ensure that we all were on the same page with what music we liked and wanted to hear, how much we wanted him to MC, etc. Skip was super responsive and had great ideas based on his experience with weddings. Day of, we arrived at our reception site after the ceremony to find the party already in motion; he really set the tone for a joyful reception. He did a wonderful job coordinating with our caterer and making sure the night flowed smoothly. Logistics and timeline for the night were probably my biggest worries about the wedding and Skip took care of all of that, checking in every now and then to make sure it was how we wanted it. He took the reins so that I would be able to sit back and enjoy my own wedding- and I did. For dancing, he did an incredible job mixing generations of music and guests young and old were dancing into the night. I had a cousin come up to me and say- "this DJ is awesome, I've never seen my mom dance at a wedding." He pulled dancing out of people by mixing great music that everyone could identify with. We would highly recommend Skip and Headsmile Productions to anyone getting married or celebrating with a big event. We were so, so happy with our wedding and his role in it.
Since our wedding, we've attending another wedding that he DJ'd and that too, was one of the most fun weddings we had been to because of his ability to work with a crowd and play music that gets people moving and appeals to all different people.

Skip, owner of headsmile productions, was simply AMAZING at our wedding! He did a wonderful job as both a DJ and MC of the reception. He was very organized and planned everything out to a tee. He kept the dance floor full and the energy high throughout the entire reception! Skip also went above and beyond and helped our best man with very difficult technical issues that were happening with our slideshow- without Skip being there, it would not have been shown. I absolutely recommend Headsmile productions as a DJ for anyone who wants an organized, high energy, and wonderful DJ and MC for their wedding! THANK YOU Skip!!

We were on a budget for our wedding and were so pleased when we found HeadSmile Productions. We worked with Skip, who was absolutely wonderful! I was not super organized and I gave Skip details up to the night before and he pulled everything off! For my entrance during the ceremony Skip had to mix a couple songs in real-time and he was fabulous. I pretty much left him up to choosing music for the cocktail hour and reception with a few requests and everything was fantastic. He got everyone out on the dance floor including those attendees that I would have never expected to get up and dance! He was a great MC and I would use him for any other event as well. I highly recommend HeadSmile Productions! Awesome!

Skip with Headsmile Productions fulfilled all our music dreams at the wedding! We carefully picked out every song that would be played. Every song was special to us. I told him how important it was that each track, the pastor, & our vows be heard. When I walked out, I was so surprised to see Skip's music system set up discreetly towards the front of the wedding. The music was clear & perfect! He ensured us he'd use particular mics that would be less affected by the wind of our outside ceremony. We had no issues, the mics were great. Everything was flawless! Skip was immediately prepared for the cocktail hour & reception music. It was amazing hearing & seeing our wedding come to life with Skip's help! When it came time to dance, he played our favorites & slipped in tons to keep everyone having the greatest time. If you need a DJ for your amazing day, Skip with Headsmile Productions will go above & beyond & farther than that!!
