I have years of DJ experience, but am young enough to be relevant and to know what will keep your guests dancing and having a good time. I am also easy to work with and want to work together with my clients to discover you and your guests music taste's in putting together the perfect mix.
I love my job because it gives me the ability to use my experience and skills to make sure my clients and guests have FUN. Every job/gig is different because every event is different. Whether it is a event, party, wedding, or school dance I enjoy DJing in different scenarios and for differing age groups. I have been offered a steady DJing job at particular venues numerous times, but I always respectfully decline because I like a change of scenery and it keeps things fresh for me.

Skip was the DJ for our wedding and was truly phenomenal. He worked with us prior to the wedding to ensure that we all were on the same page with what music we liked and wanted to hear, how much we wanted him to MC, etc. Skip was super responsive and had great ideas based on his experience with weddings. Day of, we arrived at our reception site after the ceremony to find the party already in motion; he really set the tone for a joyful reception. He did a wonderful job coordinating with our caterer and making sure the night flowed smoothly. Logistics and timeline for the night were probably my biggest worries about the wedding and Skip took care of all of that, checking in every now and then to make sure it was how we wanted it. He took the reins so that I would be able to sit back and enjoy my own wedding- and I did. For dancing, he did an incredible job mixing generations of music and guests young and old were dancing into the night. I had a cousin come up to me and say- "this DJ is awesome, I've never seen my mom dance at a wedding." He pulled dancing out of people by mixing great music that everyone could identify with. We would highly recommend Skip and Headsmile Productions to anyone getting married or celebrating with a big event. We were so, so happy with our wedding and his role in it.
Since our wedding, we've attending another wedding that he DJ'd and that too, was one of the most fun weddings we had been to because of his ability to work with a crowd and play music that gets people moving and appeals to all different people.

Skip, Inky and I want to formally thank you again for your exceptional DJ services at our wedding. All night long, people were dancing and enjoying themselves and that had a lot to do with you. You did a great job with the MC duties and kept things moving along with the agenda we had. Also, we really appreciate always being prompt with the e-mail and helping us setup our first dance mix and sending me a copy to so we could practice. From beginning to end, it was a great experience working with you. On top of all that, your rates were one of the best I found for the services you provided. We would highly recommend Skip to DJ any event! Our wedding turned out perfectly! Skip was well prepared, and arrived in plenty of time to set up his equipment. He made the transition from ceremony to reception smooth, and definitely made the night flow! From our eyes, the dance floor was never empty, and the music selection was a hit!
From the time we met Skip, he was very efficient in returning emails, which puts brides at ease! :) We also wanted a specific prosessional song, which Skip made happen! It was beautiful, and exactly what we wanted.
We can't thank you enough Skip! Thanks for helping our special day go just perfect!

Skip, owner of headsmile productions, was simply AMAZING at our wedding! He did a wonderful job as both a DJ and MC of the reception. He was very organized and planned everything out to a tee. He kept the dance floor full and the energy high throughout the entire reception! Skip also went above and beyond and helped our best man with very difficult technical issues that were happening with our slideshow- without Skip being there, it would not have been shown. I absolutely recommend Headsmile productions as a DJ for anyone who wants an organized, high energy, and wonderful DJ and MC for their wedding! THANK YOU Skip!!

Skip was absolutely the perfect DJ for our wedding. We took a leap of faith when selecting him as our DJ as we had not met him or seen his work beforehand. He asked us for some of our favorite songs to be played at dinner and during dancing to get a sense of what we liked and better match other songs for our reception music. He did an amazing job and almost everyone was dancing throughout the reception. He worked great with our wedding coordinator to manage the timeline throughout the night flawlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend Skip to anyone looking for a fun and energetic time at their wedding reception.
