Eddie really helped me out in an unfortunate situation. Something in my kitchen’s electrical wiring shorted out and I was unable to restore power. I was afraid there was a risk of fire, and at minimum the food in my refrigerator would spoil.
It was after hours (on a holiday weekend no less), and though I did pay a premium for him to do my repairs at that time, I felt he treated me fairly. He first asked me questions over the phone to see if the problem could be resolved on my own (he didn’t want to charge me if it wasn’t necessary), and when he judged it to be a legitimate problem he promptly dropped what he was doing to come and help me.
His service was friendly and professional, and when I expressed an interest in what he was doing he explained his actions in laymen’s terms so I could understand.

Eddie was great to work with. He was able to come in within 24 hours after I contacted him to diagnose a circuit issue in my home. He communicated well and showed up on time. He went through the home to find the issue and was able to finally find the bad GFCi outlet hidden behind a bathroom cabinet. I would hire him again for any future electrical needs.
