My heat pump had been failing to heat our house at the start of the year and I had 3 HVAC companies come check it out and tell me that i just need to clean my filters. Skyline was the only HVAC company that bothered to look my heat pump unit up and discover that it had been recalled. Can't recommend this crew enough! They're the real deal.

Very prompt in communication. Their system offered the best value of multiple bids and, post-installation, seems to be performing to expectations and is much quieter than the old system. Also, when the old system stopped producing heat one week before the new system was to be installed, they offered to supply a new igniter to keep the old system functional at no charge. Very much appreciate them going the extra mile to keep their customers happy.
