Did quality work, but was late multiple times and used my tools and didn’t clean up when they leftJul 4, 2018VerifiedJohn M.'s reply
We told the Customer how the traffic was gridlocked from the hood canal bridge all the way to Poulsbo. We did $3500 work for under $1000, and he was okay with us using his materials. He offered them to us.
I love my new fireplace! It is beautiful and exactly what I asked for. John and his crew listened to everything I asked for and delivered.Apr 8, 2017VerifiedJohn M.'s reply
This young Lady knew exactly what she wanted, and she was delightful to work with.
Did a fireplace facade remodel. Beautiful ledge stone panels turned our dated brick fireplace into the new focal point in our living room. John has tons of experience, is friendly, respectful and just an all around down to earth good guy! We are giving him all our future projects, small and large.Dec 22, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer flat pricing and hourly pricing. My Customers prefer flat pricing, because there are no surprises, and no cost overruns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I sit down and work out the details of what is wanted, and then I go get prices, work up a bid, and deliver it by email. If a project requires a visit to an Architect, I meet them there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes. I teach Handyman Parties in people's homes and share what I know with new home owners and do it yourselfers.
