[Update] They contacted me again and fixed all the issues. They called me proactively to address any concerns and Ruslan was very professional and fixed all the issues I had. I am updating my review to 5 stars because of the professionalism and their ability to fix the issues. [Old]I hired pro painters for pressure washing my balcony and backyard deck. There were some issues with the cleaning: 1) We scheduled the washing for 9am, they didn't show up, and no communication was sent that they are going to be late. When I texted, they said they were on the way. I waited almost 90 minutes after that, but they still didn't proactively communicate for the delay. Ultimately, I had to reschedule. 2) Pressure washing itself was a rushed job. The edges were not clean professionally, and dirt on balcony walls were clearly visible(we agreed to cleaning that up when booking). Small detail, but dustbins were not placed back after they were displaced. 3) The dirt from pressure washing was all over the adjacent walls and windows. It was not cleaned. I did this cleaning to host a party in backyard but now it's more work for me to cleanup even after getting this service. Hope this was a one off for them. They did offer me to correct this but not before I needed it to be done. So, this was clearly a bad experience for me.

Pro painters are spot on with representing high quality work. The crew were amazing both professional and efficient. Definitely will move forward and got my interior work done. As my exterior is brand new im happy with the work highly recommended!

Pro Painters LLC came into my home to paint my son’s room, our living room, and family room. In addition to this awesome job done by Ruslan and his team on the interior of my home. The interior and exterior of my pool house was painted exceptionally. Ruslan and his team are very knowledgeable in their field, and I recommend them to anyone who needs painting done around their home.
