Shelby took care of my three large dogs (plus one small) for three days, staying overnight and stopping by in the daytime to let them out. She gave them their medicine and brought in the mail. She provides GPS tracking to show how long she's at the house, and she sent lots of pictures. She has an excellent rapport with dogs. With Shelby (and her adorable canine assistant Jack) in charge, I had peace of mind.Apr 16, 2017Verified

Shelby is wonderfull !! My 17 yr old cat has three brain tumors, is on medication & has difficulty walking & standing. For six days Shelby came by three times a day to feed, medicate & snuggle Loki. He loves her!Mar 31, 2017Verified

Shelby kept us informed and even took care of a couple of unexpected things (cat puke on the carpet and laundry soap powder fell into the cat litter). She’s ++ in our book.Aug 17, 2018Verified

Shelby has been working with our, let's just say, "spirited" two year old German Shepherd Greta for about a year and a half now. She is kind, loving and patient with her and still remains firm on her expectations for their time together. We are a very busy young family and extremely grateful to have someone like Shelby help us with the physical and mental exercise that our Greta girl requires. She is quite knowledgeable about dogs and we have referred to her a few times regarding behavior modifications which, we feel is above and beyond.Feb 2, 2017
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do not have my prices listed but I dont mind answering people once they ask me how much I charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We set up a meet and greet. They decide if I am a good fit, if I am then they can give me a key to hold on to and use for when they need service. I will send them a contract and after that is signed then we will be set. They can then request service via text up to 24 hours before their needed service date. Once I know your service dates I will send you an invoice and you can pay me through any of the options listed on the invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been a dog walker and pet sitter for over 5 years, I've learned clicker and positive reinforcement. While working in this field I also went to school and became a certified veterinary assistant.
