Alecio setup a time, communicated well, arrived per our agreement and did a thorough job of cleaning our roof which had accumulated moss and was overdue for maintenance. He applied anti moss treatment as well. Finally he cleaned up properly after himself. He needed no direction, communicated well in our discussion, and was professional all the way.
