I requested a quote to have a roof leak repaired. I had several companies come out to do an evaluation and they all went up in the attic and/or up on the roof to do an assessment with the exception of 12th man roofing, who simply said the entire roof needed to be replaced to fix the problem. He did not go on the roof nor up in the attic to investigate/ diagnose the problem. None of the other professionals indicated the entire roof was in need of replacement, especially when a simple solution exists to fix the issue. I would not waste your time with this company if you are looking for a roof repair.
