I’m so glad that I found and chose ERA. Dzmitry is simply the best! He is detail oriented, precise, and very accommodating. My project ended up having a few more caveats than initially anticipated, and he was able to plan/work around it in creative and professional ways that gave amazing results. He really strives to give it his all and the work just speaks for itself. I would highly highly recommend Dzmitry for any stair or flooring project to anyone! Workmanship and work ethic of this caliber are hard to find. Simply put - top tier! A++++

We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and follow through during our initial discussions around what we needed as well as during the work itself. We had the work done while we were out of town and received prompt updates about how the work was progressing with pictures every step of the way. We even had a book shelf that was wobbly by the stairs and the crew went above and beyond fixing it for us so it wouldn’t fall apart. Thanks so much- we love our new stairs!!
Mitchell, thank you for the great review. — Era Stairs Team

Our remodel was nearly finished and we needed an installer for our handrail, newel and balusters. I found Era Construction here on Thumbtack and they were professional, knowledgeable and exhibited a high bar for craftsmanship. The challenge for our home was typical of older homes in our area - narrow staircase, uneven tread depth, handrail terminating into ceiling, multiple elements out of plumb, etc. This wasn't a problem as they are very detail oriented professionals and developed a plan to work around the majority of these issues. Overall they were fast, clean and the end result speaks for itself in the photos.
I was very impressed with Era Construction Services. They gave a very fair price, the work quality was excellent and it was completed efficiently. The worksite was immaculately cleaned after the work and the end product, a completely refreshed basement staircase which no longer creaks was just what I had asked for! Finally, in all the communications they were friendly, helpful and prompt. I will be looking to use them again for future projects. Recommended!!!
