We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and follow through during our initial discussions around what we needed as well as during the work itself. We had the work done while we were out of town and received prompt updates about how the work was progressing with pictures every step of the way. We even had a book shelf that was wobbly by the stairs and the crew went above and beyond fixing it for us so it wouldn’t fall apart. Thanks so much- we love our new stairs!!

Our remodel was nearly finished and we needed an installer for our handrail, newel and balusters. I found Era Construction here on Thumbtack and they were professional, knowledgeable and exhibited a high bar for craftsmanship. The challenge for our home was typical of older homes in our area - narrow staircase, uneven tread depth, handrail terminating into ceiling, multiple elements out of plumb, etc. This wasn't a problem as they are very detail oriented professionals and developed a plan to work around the majority of these issues. Overall they were fast, clean and the end result speaks for itself in the photos.
