Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with. He lead with his team the fixing/redoing of the whole washroom as well as rooms affected by the bathroom water leakage destroyed the floor, walls in multiple floors. Work that was normally getting quoted to finish in 2 - 3 weeks at least, he worked with his team day & night, and handed back in less than a week and that too done to perfection. Beyond the work, he was extremely responsive, very empathetic, and I wouldn't be wrong to say literally supported holding hands each aspect of the project e.g. went to hardware store and helped select each materials including big items with right guidance on quality, price, self delivered avoiding store delivery issues/cost, was very flexible and innovative to make things work to the best within the budget, highly responsive to communication.... Since then I have recommended already a few times his services to further acquaintances.
