Customer service and meeting their needs is important to me. This what makes me who I am as a chef. I want to make sure and speak with customer how can I serve them if there was an issue with the service. I take customers input seriously that is how I can grow as a chef and as a person. Customers input can help me give better service and also help me grow my business with a better understanding of what they are looking for as far as catering need. I don't take any criticize for granted this how i learn to grow as a chef and better my service. Cooking and serving and being around a happy environment full of happy people. Learning how to deal with different people and their catering needs. All customers are different and each one brings a learning experience for me to better serve them. I love learning about different cuisines and all customers has a different taste every time they are looking for a pro to cater their parties i there is always room for growth in cooking and catering. Serving people makes me happy to see them enjoy themselves with friends and family with food and wine, just a group of happy people celebrating what ever the occasion may be. I take pride in my work and my cooking is with love i put a lot of love into preparing food and catering parties.
