I hired them to install laminate flooring and baseboard trim. I had a great interaction with all their staff, from the Office Manager, the estimator and also the installer. Would highly recommend.
Details: Laminate • 100 - 250 sq ft • I have already purchased the materials • Home

Mark and his crew did a great job of installing LVT flooring in our house. I have recommended him to two of our neighbors that are considering replacing their flooring.

Mark and his crew over at Remarkable Concepts were great! My bathroom remodel has a lot of intricate details and corner work. Their tile installation was fast and beautiful. Not only would I recommend them, I am using them again to remodel a second bathroom in our house. I give them my highest recommendation.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a military discount for current or former military personnel.
We work with multiple different manufacturers for materials and are able to find the perfect material within a customer's budget within reason. Our labor prices are very competitive within the industry.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start off by performing a complimentary measure. An estimate will be emailed to the customer to view and approve approximately 5 business days from measure, depending on the size and details on the project. After an estimate is accepted by the customer, a 50% deposit is required for the estimate to be converted to an invoice and we will proceed with ordering any materials and scheduling the project for installation. Final payment is due upon completion of the project.
