He came out right away, took care of what needed to be done in a conscientious and professional manner and his price was more than fair (actually substantially better than what I had expected based on getting some other estimates). Simple jobs, but some we needed done. Jason was extremely helpful. He did everything we asked and had to order some parts. He stayed in touch (good communication!!) and came as soon as the parts came in and installed them. We have hired him for more jobs.

Justin did a great job addressing some minor repairs in our rental unit. He was able to complete the job within a few days of contacting him. I especially appreciate the detailed notes he takes on the itemized receipts, making it very easy to communicate issues to previous tenants. He noticed additional issues that needed to be addressed but always checked in before adding on more work. We will definitely continue to work with him.
