Ismael came out right away and did a free estimate to trim four trees. His guy came out a couple days later and did a great job, and it was a very affordable service. we'll definitely call Isamel again for landscaping jobs!

Ismael did a free estimate for land clearing/limb & tree removal on our property. He came out quickly for the estimate and got us on the schedule quickly. In 8 hours, the crew cleared a large amount of berry bushes around our deck/west side of the house/behind our shop, and were careful with wiring under and around our deck. They carefully limbed trees near the house, and cut down 2 small trees in between our shop and carport. They hauled all the debris away and blew off our decks/cement areas. Would use again!

Hire Ismael for your special circumstances!! I had a super tight turn around lawn maintenance that needed to get done before the closing of a house sale. I was not going to be able to be at the property, so the pro would need to quote without a walkthrough, do the job without meeting up, do the job without any supervision, and then validate the job was done. I'd contacted several pros on Thumbtack, but Ismael was the only one who was consistently communicative, could give an estimate based on the house sale listing photos, and would be able to work with zero oversight. We talked on Thumbtack and via text message. Ismael was always responsive. Because I'd received a quote without a walkthrough, I'd expected the price to go up when Ismael was on site and could see for himself what the project would be. Day of the job, Ismael called me promptly to fill me on the situation. We negotiated a small (expected) price increase, clarified the specific property that needed tending, and he got started right away. I received a text message when the job was done, along with photos to validate. I made a digital payment and was able to close out the project without ever meeting Ismael in person. I can't imagine may pros, and people needing pros, would be comfortable with this special circumstance! Not meeting in person, not doing a walkthrough, trusting to get paid. On the pro side Ismael was super trustworthy, communicative, prompt, and fair. I'm happy he trusted that I would come through as well. If you have a house sale and need quick turn around lawn service - call Ismael! (Muchas Gracias Ismael!)
