- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You’ll start by sending me your current resume (if you have one) and filling out a short form to share your background, goals, and experience. From there, I’ll create a rough draft for us to review together. We’ll collaborate closely to make sure every detail reflects your skills and strengths accurately. Once you’re completely satisfied with the resume, I’ll craft your cover letter using the same process. When everything is finalized, you’ll receive both PDF and Word versions of your completed documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a B.A. in Data Analysis and an A.A.S. in Business Administration, along with multiple professional certificates focused on resume writing and career development. My background includes over ten years of experience in hiring and internal promotions, giving me firsthand insight into what employers value most. For the past five years, I’ve specialized in writing and refining resumes that are both visually appealing and optimized for applicant tracking systems (ATS).
