We offer lawn services starting out at $25 a week for small lawns (front yard and backyard not to exceed 40' x 15' in size for this rate to apply) and a quick trim with the weed eater around the perimeter. The bigger the lawn, the higher the rate is (example: 50' x 20' costs $45 biweekly and so on, i.e., $22.50 a week). Also, we perform groundskeeping duties such as the following: * weed extraction and weed control in all common areas * trimming of plants and bushes * installation of beauty bark (hourly charge applies/time and material) * beautification of common areas * removal of unwanted foliage We also offer complete maintenance services such as the following: * maple leaves cleanup * storm cleanup * snow and ice removal and much, much more Extra costs may apply for these additional services.
