A Lavik says, "At the City of Shoreline event for the heat pump incentive program I talked with three contractors about my install and scheduled three bids all in one day. Tyler from Ballard Natural Gas was my last bid of the day. It was apparent that Tyler was heads above the competition when it came to equipment specifications and needs of my home. Tyler was the only bid to think outside the box and prepare two options that satisfied one of my main goals to get more room in my tiny house. Tyler was a pleasure to work with. He seemed to enjoy the challenge of my odd job and get excited when designing a solution. Clinton came by before install day to walk through the job. Clinton answered all of my questions and helped me to feel comfortable with the install process. I appreciated Clinton and Tyler coming by after the install to walk through everything with me. Now on to the install, this young crew was amazing. Brady and Cole worked together so well. The second day Eder and Aaron joined to cover the electrical and tankless install. Aaron was competent and made sure to walk me through the access panel he installed as well as the disconnect for the heat pump. All the install guys were great. I was throughly impressed at their work ethic and competence at such a young age. Brady was particularly impressive. He dug right in displaying a natural leadership with zero ego. Brady checked in with me and had great communication during the job. No one from Ballard mansplained to me (which is rare as a single woman) and even with a few issues post install BNG was quick to send out a technician to troubleshoot. Shout out to Matthew!I dont want to forget Zoe and Ashley. Ashley took my calls and ensured I was directed to the right person quickly. Zoe anticipated my questions and had answers about what was needed for financing before I asked. These ladies are very organized and provided excellent customer service.I look forward to supporting a local business when using BNG for my future maintenance and install needs."See more
