- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years experience working with computers and software in an office setting. I support scanning technologies and general computer use including email, internet searching, documents, spreadsheets, databases and graphics. I have professional classroom experience with software training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began doing word processing and data entry many years ago.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have trained and advised many different levels of computer users in a variety of settings including the workplace of a community college and in the college classroom.
