Shaba and his team did a wonderful interior painting job for my condo at a reasonable price. Very easy to work with, communicative, honest, professional, and quick to schedule the work. He arrived on time, did prep work with great attention to detail to make sure everything was protected from paint. They used the paint colors and finishes we requested. And they got the painting job done on time and didn’t miss a spot. The painting looks amazing. The whole place feels like brand new again thanks to this wonderful painting crew! I will highly recommend them to anyone! 👍😄

Working with Shaba and his team has been exceptional. Extremely communicative, reasonably priced, incredible attention to detail, work quality from start to finish was incredible. We are beyond pleased with the finished job. We hired Access to do an entire home, garage, shed, gutters, covered deck with exterior paint, trim out all our windows, paint chimney, replace (old load bearing wrought iron) and build front porch columns which we left e unstained or painted wood bc we are expanding our front porch then staining.
They exceeded our expectations. Our home built in 1929, we are 2nd owners and wanted to keep the charm. Off white w brown trim is what we purchased it with. I’ve attached before and after photos if it’s helpful.
***We have neighbors on each side of us. Fenced property lines, close. One of which they needed to access their area to get to a portion of our garage. They were respectful, no overspray, very professional in doing so. So much our neighbor asked them for a bid.
I would definitely hire them in a heartbeat moving forward. We highly recommend them. They only use Sherwin Williams which we love, and their cleanup was exceptional.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge flat $90 per hour on projects. There’s no any other shady or hidden prices at all. We barely use any marketing tools to cover extra expenses. So this rate is mostly paid to labor and we stand firm on our pricing. Not trying to be rude, but being as fair and direct as possible.
Estimate and consultation is free of charge. We could buy paint materials using our pro account with discounted rate and provide expense details to the customer if they want to proceed that way.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the initial walk through, we breakdown project steps in a simple manner to help customer understand the scope of the job. We accurately estimate the hours that required the project completion.
