FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For larger jobs such as kitchens and bathrooms, we usually use a standard Time and Materials agreement. For smaller jobs such as fences, window and door installations, and decks we usually give the total amount only as our bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step in the remodeling process is to meet with the clients on site to determine if we can meet the client's needs and budget. Once we confirm we can meet their budget and enter into a work agreement, we are in constant contact with the client to keep them up to date on the status of their project. Whether it is large or small, we know how important it is to you and do everything we can to make the remodel process as enjoyable as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over fifteen years of remodeling experience. I was a journeyman carpenter with a high end residential company in the Seattle area for twelve years, and for the last three years have been the Production Manager at an award winning high end residential remodeling company in Shoreline, WA. The projects I have worked on include total home make overs, kitchen and bathroom remodels, trim work, tiling, window and door installations, deck and fence building and more.
