Definitely would use Hamptons again... they knew we were on a budget and were willing to work with us... vert friendly and efficient .. was very happy with their work!!!!

First of all, I really appreciated working with Darlene, she was friendly and completely willing to accommodate our schedule on short notice. She was also understanding and patient with me when I initially wasn’t sure how to make the payment online. I also really liked her daughter who is a nice person and she arrived right on time to clean the house.
The house smelled great when we walked in, a nice subtle lemon smell, which was great to come home to. The only complaints I have are that there were some sticky areas on the kitchen countertops, either from the previous owners or people who visited the open house, that were not entirely wiped up, so I wiped some areas of the kitchen counter myself. There were also areas around the shower door frame that were not clean, it still had residue from the previous owners. The other thing that was disappointing was the windows and mirrors were cleaned with something that left a greasy smudge behind, although effort was made to clean them, the product used wasn’t appropriate for cleaning glass, so I have to clean them again to get rid of the smudges.
If I had it to do over again, to improve the experience on my end I would have communicated my expectations better with her daughter when we walked through the house together before the cleaning- the outcome may have been better if I had better communicated the specifics of what I expected.
I wish Hampton’s Cleaning Service the best, unfortunately I was a little disappointed. Hopefully my review will be used to improve future service and not be taken personally.

Darlene and her crew are total professionals. Her guys were on time (arrived 5 mins early!) and came prepared with their moving equipment, high energy and big smiles. They were quick, efficient and had excellent manners. I would highly recommend this moving service and will not hesitate to hire them again in the future.
