- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Primarily, I work with your insurance and they set the pricing. You pay the co-pay and any amount that isn't covered by your insurance. This is why you need to understand what your insurance will/won't pay, so that you understand your financial obligations from the outset.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly. Celiac disease, gut health, brain health, weight management, diabetes, pregnancy . . . there is always so much to keep up on. It's fun and exciting, as there is a lot of cutting-edge education available!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Nutrition and cooking have been strong interests of mine since childhood. Because I struggled for so many years with acne, pain, exhaustion, brain fog, digestion problems, and weight issues, nutrition became a natural course of action to help me heal. It plays a vital role in my wellness.
