Really friendly and knowledgeable, Brandon was able to get the home audio set up done and also set everything up so it looked neat and beautiful. Excellent work, and also brought in a centre channel speaker that was discounted from market rates.

A few years ago, we hired one of the best AV firms in Seattle to install a media room with surround sound system in addition to Sonos throughout the 5000 square foot house. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone conversation with customer regarding project, schedule for walk through with customer, asking about customers' expectations for their project, Proposal conformation, Signing of Proposal and Terms and conditions, required down payment of 80% to start the ordering process, final payment of 20% at job completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
26 years of low voltage commercial and residential services has given us here at MasterClass Audio Video a unique opportunity to expand our knowledge of Audio, Video, Camera Surveillance, Network infrastructure, Whole house automation and more.
