Arthur responded promptly to my request about my broken washer. He scheduled immediately, gave me an approximate timeframe for completing the job. He arrived on time after giving me an ETA. On the job he evaluated the issue (apparently, I was completely wrong about the cause 🤦♀️) Arthur explained what the issue was and recommended to replace the unit as fixing it would cost about the same. I really liked how professional, quick and respectful he was. Me, who knows nothing about appliances, was full of silly questions and Arthur answered them all! Would definitely hire him again (just hoping nothing else breaks for a while 🙈)
