I am eternally grateful for CC Media!! I had a 3TB external hard drive with EVERY LAST picture of my kids I owned on it and was just sick because I thought I lost it all forever. I am not from the area and I had called around to a few places and no one was confident that they could even get my data back and quoted me astronomical figures to even try. Then, I ran across Thumbtack. David was the first one to respond to my request and I immediately felt at ease because he was so confident in their data recovery process. He not only reassured me that he could get it all of the data back, but he said that he could do it for MUCH less than the other people I had called. When my issue was a little more complex than it initially looked, he called me right away and let me know and then he and his colleague worked their tails off to get my data restored, even when they had to bring in another computer to do so (which saved me money since they didn't have to outsource it). Their service was so outstanding that once they gained access to the data, they even uploaded it all to my Amazon Prime account for me (which saved me a return trip up to Sedro-Wooley)! You just don't find people like this anymore!! From the bottom of my heart, Dave, thank you so, so much! I am grateful that our paths crossed and you have gained a lifelong customer in me!! “I love being a creative, but I’m horrible at self-promotion. Michelle is a natural at bringing out the best in others and helping them stand out from the crowd. She has been my chief editor and general promotions manager for almost 5 years now and I don’t know what I’d do without her. She initially presented me with a promotional plan, calendar, and a strict to-do list and because I listened to her advice, I can say that the sales for my music and book have increased by at least 30%! I only know this because she presents me with stat reports on a regular basis – all I know is that I have been busier than ever with one speaking or singing engagement after another. My motivational speaking career is also finally taking off and I have been invited to speak at charity events all over California. My story is getting out there and I couldn’t be happier. She asks me often, “How are you doing? To say that Lori consistently exceeded our expectations is an understatement. Her creativity, insightfulness, eye for detail, and ability to not only work with our content but take our ideas and express them visually is extraordinary. Aside from taking the time to truly understand our needs, Lori worked tirelessly to make sure every component of the design product was delivered on time and perfect. I have worked with Kimball for over 10 years and have no need to look elsewhere for graphics services. Kimball work is always the very best quality, highly creative, and is always done very fast, often times within 12 hours or sooner. Never, not once, in over ten (10) years have I ever been disappointed with his work.
