Introduction: We design and professionally install irrigation systems, flagstone, paver or concrete patios, many types of retaining walls, water features, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, outdoor lighting, drainage systems, grade, sod, trees and plants. we build custom fences and decks. We also do property maintenance. The goal is for our clients to have their ideas built into the finish product and to love their new space I love the creative aspect!! I love creating a design and then building it and watching it come to life.

Cully came out to the house quickly and removed trees that were causing a burden. Professional, knowledgeable and worked well with me on timing and getting it done! I'd hire Cully again.

Cully and his team were fantastic! I had multiple people come out and I felt that Cully was the only one who really grasped what I was going for and was confident he could do the job and do it right. He was also very knowledgable when it came to any questions I had for him. My yard looks amazing and we have had so many compliments from the neighbors!

Prestige Gardens and his owner Cully deserves my highest recommendation for the following reasons - Ownership: Cully owned the project to deliver on time and with quality Engagement: He kept me fully transparent of the progress and engaged me to suggest changes and even ask opinions on choice of materials. Quest for Quality: He looked around and identified the few things that he would like to do to ensure overall bigger value. He trimmed my backyard trees to the right size even when it was not in scope. He also indicated his displeasure on a few overgrown vegetation in my front yard (totally unrelated work) and offered to trim them without bothering for extra money. Timeliness: Our original estimate was within 7 to 10 days, he completed in 7 days. Proper closure: Post project during the walkthrough we identified a few gaps. While some were by myself, a few were noted by him. With trust, I paid him the second and the last payment but he did appear again a few days later to close the gaps. This included buying some extra materials (pavers, glues, sand) as well as labor. Professionalism: He is the only person amongst 6 other contractors I talked to, who provided me a proper hand drawn sketch with exact sizes, and a detailed breakdown of the cost. His talk and all dealings were sincere and professional. He and his crew were meticulous and hard working. Can work in uncertainties: Our project included dismantling a deck and we were not sure of the ground below it. With certain assumptions we came up with the original estimate. After dismantling the deck, we found that there was hard concrete below and big roots under the soil and concrete. This needed extra work and material. He discussed with me the contingency plans but kept costs in control and did not charge me an extra penny.

I highly recommend Prestige Gardens for help with your sprinkler system. Cully provided a free estimate, came when he promised he would, completed the job quickly and with quality. Our sprinkler system needed some love and he took care of all the issues and taught us how to care for it better as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I meet with a prospective client, and discuss their wants and needs. With this information, I then design a landscape that is most suitable for them. I pride myself with designing beautiful landscapes with low maintenance, longevity, and the clients desired uses in mind.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in landscape design, maintenance and installation for over 23 years. Throughout the years I have held the superintendent position at 3 very large companies. I am very experienced in large, high end landscapes involving every aspect of construction.
