Mrs. Fran, Sorry to hear you were unhappy with our service. However, we believe that this review is unfair because after waiting for you for over an hour we looked at your house and saw that there wasn't access to get the hoses from the truck mount up to your apt. After we had let you know that we could use our portable tank instead, we helped you move as much as your furniture as possible even though the initial request had said that no furniture would need to be moved. As for the cushion to the chair, we informed you that it would be left on the deck to dry because the cushion was still damp and so was the rest of the chair and if you put the damp cushion back on the damp chair then there could be some molding. Once we were done, we asked you how everything looked and you said it looked good. When you called a few days later and informed us of the stain under the sofa we agreed to come back and fix this problem so you would be happy and you cancelled on us twice. We have been waiting for your call so we can return and fix this issue. We apologize sincerely for the misunderstanding and hope we can resolve this issue to your satisfaction.
