I hired this company for a carpet patch because they were the lowest bid I received and they were able to fit me in within the week. The first patch they did wasn't great (the weave of the carpet used for the patch was 90 degrees off of the weave of the rest of the carpet). However, the owner offered me a discount for the job and then returned to redo the job at a later date for no charge. After redoing the job, I am satisfied with the work. I especially appreciated the communication I received from the owner when I wasn't happy the first time and his efforts to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction.

Ali did a good job with a few of my carpet patches. He was fairly responsive throughout the process and worked with me to find mutually agreeable scope and cost.
