I worked with William for carpet installation in my hallway and stairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. During the material selection stage, he provided a wide range of samples with different materials and colors. We were quite picky when it came to choosing the carpet, but William’s professionalism and patience made the process stress-free—he offered great options without any complaints. We are very happy about the service. In our case, we have to move a few tall wardrobes to replace the carpet.
