I interviewed five companies before choosing B&M Modeling Works. They are HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, and absolutely THE RIGHT CHOICE. They completed a full deck repair for me, and from start to finish, I was impressed. At first, I planned to reuse my existing frame, but their team pointed out some serious issues I hadn’t noticed. Instead of just patching things up, they built a completely new frame — giving me real value for the work they did. They also added an awning, which I’d always wanted, and it turned out beautifully. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the crew was fantastic — hardworking, polite, and dedicated. They worked diligently, day and night, to get everything just right. I highly recommend B&M Modeling Works to anyone looking for quality deck construction or repair. You’ll be glad you chose them. Ihor and his team were an easy pick after talking to three other companies. Even before I got his quote, I knew he was my choice. During our initial meeting, he listened to what our needs were and made suggestions and didn’t try to upsell me. His communication was clear and logical and timely throughout. His quote was substantially less than the other guys and the finished product was so far above and beyond and it only took them a week to complete. We need a new fence soon and Ihor will be the first person I call!!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the my new fence. Modern Works did an incredible job, especially with matching the new fence to an existing one that included lattice and a border. The final product looks amazing and blends seamlessly with the original fence. What really stood out to me was their work ethic – they are incredibly hardworking and managed to get a lot done in a short amount of time, all while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
