We recently had the pleasure of working with Ihor and his team from Modern Works LLC to rebuild our 650-square-foot deck with composite boards, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.
Ihor and his crew completed the project in just 4.5 days, which was incredibly impressive given the size and scope. Their work ethic is exceptional—they arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to every detail. The craftsmanship is superb—the finished deck looks amazing and exceeded our expectations.
They also did a fantastic job on the railing installation, which complements the deck beautifully. Beyond their technical skill, Ihor and his team were professional, reasonable, and easy to work with. Communication was clear, and the process was smooth and stress-free.
We highly recommend them. Thank you again for the excellent work!

Would definitely recommend Igor for your fencing or decking project. He did a lovely job for us and is very fair in his pricing. He cares a lot about getting the job done right and it shows in his work.

Amazing! He was fast, affordable, and high quality. I highly trust and recommend him.
We needed to add a deck/steps where we cut some of ours out for an addition. He knew all of the codes to make sure it would pass inspection. Definitely would hire him again!

I couldn’t be more happy with the work that Ihor and team have done! I have never had such a responsive contractor in my life!!! Always let me know arrival time and let me know any delays. The craftsmanship is best in class! I just can’t say more great things about this experience from tear down to clean up and everything in between! I would 10000% hire them again!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the my new fence. Modern Works did an incredible job, especially with matching the new fence to an existing one that included lattice and a border. The final product looks amazing and blends seamlessly with the original fence.
What really stood out to me was their work ethic – they are incredibly hardworking and managed to get a lot done in a short amount of time, all while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail. Throughout the process, they were dedicated to ensuring I was happy with the result. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and they genuinely enjoy making their clients happy.
I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for high-quality fence installation and excellent customer service, Modern Works is the team to go with!
