Did a great job with fence staining. The original stain I brought was too light but Gonzalo helped me getting the color fix from the paint shop. I highly recommend him.

Gonzalo responded within minutes of my inquiry and was at the house two days later to stain our new deck. His team arrived 15 minutes early and completed the job promptly. I had also picked the wrong color and they waited patiently while I ran to Home Depot to get a new color. Job was done beautifully. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.
We had a small but complicated drywall job that required complex framing due to plumbing. He showed up on-time, figured out what to do, bought the materials, and finished the job within hours and it looks great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I, at least in my opinion, offer an reasonable price for the job I am assigned to. I try to offer a price that is fair, because before I was a person who worked for a company, and they always undercut the employees. I know how much the company pays, and I know their prices, so with that knowledge, I can also offer a reasonable price for me and the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before this, I’ve worked in companies, so I have years worth of experience. I’ve also experienced “problems” with my work, and if I were to finish a job with a customer, and something happened to the work, I would know what caused it, and of course fixing it afterwards.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
One of the main things in my opinion is how much they’re willing to pay. I offer a good price, depending on the work.
